What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please let us know and we'll do our best to find a solution with you.
Are some purchases final?

Yes, some purchases are final.
For hygiene reasons and due to the handcrafted nature of our work, personalized items, custom orders and coat alterations cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard, unworn and non-personalized items can, however, be exchanged according to our policy.
Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are handcrafted in our workshop in Cantley, Gatineau, Quebec. Each piece is carefully made by Mavrik Amesse in small batches to guarantee impeccable quality and authentic craftsmanship.
What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping cost before making your purchase.
How to care for fur?

Fur requires little maintenance, but certain precautions can help preserve its beauty for longer.

  • Avoid direct heat (dryer, radiator, intense sunlight).
  • If the fur is wet, let it air dry, never with a heat source.
  • Once dry, gently brush with a soft brush to restore its natural volume.
  • Avoid chemicals or machine washing.
  • Storage: Keep it in a dry, well-ventilated place away from moisture.
Can I send my coat to be transformed into mittens?

Yes! Anoki offers a customized transformation service.
You can send us your coat and we'll transform it into mittens, hats, or decorative items. A discount will be applied to your order.
